- Parmesan120 g
- Torn leaf salad2 cup
- Chopped cherry tomatoes8 unit(s)
- Purple onion to taste
- Chopped sliced salami6 unit(s)
- Chopped Japanese cucumber to taste
- Sicilian lemon3 tablespoon
- Pesto sauce or other sauce of your choice to taste
- Salt to taste
- You can add chestnuts to taste
- In a non-stick frying pan, line the bottom with grated parmesan until it is well fried, without browning too much.
- When it is firm, remove it with a spatula and place it in an upside-down dessert pot, making sure the parmesan covers the bottom.
- Let it cool right there to form a basket shape.
- Mix the ingredients and season with salt and lemon juice.
- Arrange the salad inside the cone and top with pesto sauce or your choice of dressing.
- Serve with sparkling white or rose brut wine.
