- Recipe
- Medium rennet cheese cubes to taste
- Very thin slices of zucchini to taste
- Honey mastic flowers to taste
- Wooden snack sticks to taste
- Cut the zucchini slices the width of the cheese and wrap it with it. Secure with the toothpick. Do the same process with all the pieces of cheese.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and grill the skewers on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with honey mastic flowers. Serve immediately.
