- Grated Coconut150 g
- Erythritol100 g
- Sour Cream100 ml
- In a pan, bring to the fire, the coconut and the erythritol. Stir until golden. Turn off and let cool for 5 minutes. Then add the cream and, over low heat, stir until the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Pour the mixture into a shape and take it to the fridge (I used silicone molds). Let it freeze until hardened.
