- In the bowl of the mixer add the eggs, the ointment point butter, the xylitol, and beat until homogenized, add the milk, flour, salt and grated coconut mix again until homogenized.
- Then, add the yeast and mix without beating. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden.
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and xylitol, heat it, pour it over the cake after it is baked and sprinkle grated coconut on top, let it cool and serve.
