- Cashew Nuts (hydrated for 4 hours or cooked)1 cup
- White raisins (or 4 tablespoons of sugar)1 cup
- Coconut milk powder or % cup of green coox pulp3 tablespoon
- Medium cooked yams (approx 2 cups)4 unit(s)
- Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Beat cashews with a pinch of salt, raisins, coconut milk and water.
- Adding the yams in the blender until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
- Finally add the juice of 1 lemon and turn off the blender.
