- Tapioca Gum2 tablespoon
- Coarse oats1 dessert spoon
- Chia1 teaspoon
- Chopped colonial salami2 tablespoon
- Diced colonial cheese1/4 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- In a container beat the eggs, add the tapioca gum, oats, chia, salt and pepper and mix well. Reserve.
- In a non-stick frying pan add the salami and fry until the fat is well released.
- Pour the beaten egg mixture over the top and lower the heat.
- Place the cheese cubes on top and close the skillet with a lid.
- When the egg is cooked, fold the crepioca in half and serve immediately.
