- Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Place the egg, sugar, milk and oil in the mixer.
- Then add the cornmeal and finally the grated coconut and baking powder.
- Place in a greased shape with oil and grated coconut.
- Bake at 185° for 30 min
