semisweet chocolate150 g
unsalted butter80 g
eggs2 unit(s)
brown sugar160 g
sifted wheat flour60 g
1 pinch of fleur de sel1 to taste

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave and set aside;
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy;
Combine the two preparations above and mix well;
Incorporate the sifted flour;
Place in a well-greased or lined baking pan [I used an 18cm diameter pan];
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
