- semisweet chocolate150 g
- unsalted butter80 g
- eggs2 unit(s)
- brown sugar160 g
- sifted wheat flour60 g
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel1 to taste
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave and set aside;
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy;
- Combine the two preparations above and mix well;
- Incorporate the sifted flour;
- Place in a well-greased or lined baking pan [I used an 18cm diameter pan];
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
