- Portobello mushroom200 g
- Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
- Fresh cream100 ml
- Chives1 to taste
- Salt and black pepper1 to taste
- Cut the mushrooms into strips (no need to remove the stalk) and in a pan with olive oil over medium heat, brown the mushrooms
- Add the cream and mustard and mix well over low heat. Adjust salt and pepper
- Finish with the chives.
