- Boneless skinless chicken breast1 kg
- chopped tomato1 cup
- smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- salt1 to taste
- ricotta cream60 g
- fine herbs1 teaspoon
- Place the chicken in a pressure cooker, add the seasonings and the peeled tomatoes with the liquid that comes with it, and cook for 25 minutes (after the pressure is up). After that, wait for the pressure to come out of the pan.
- transfer the cooked chicken to a container with a lid (reserve a little of the water that comes out of the cooking), and shake for 15 seconds, until the chicken is all shredded.
- If necessary, shake a little more, until it is completely shredded. After the chicken is shredded, add the ricotta cream, and mix well.
- Hit the salt. Divide the finished chicken into 8 to 10 equal portions and freeze in individual portions to use over the next few weeks.
