- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Onion 🧅1 unit(s)
- Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Seasonings (garlic, salt, oregano, chives)1 to taste
- Cut the zucchini lengthwise or using the grater. Reserve. Cut the onion lengthwise and set aside.
- In a frying pan, add a drizzle of oil or a little butter and brown the onion. Add the garlic and stir quickly to avoid burning the garlic. Add the curd and stir until it becomes a thick cream. Add a little water (50ml) and the other seasonings.
- Add the zucchini and stir well to incorporate. Adjust the salt and you're done.
