- Cheese50 g
- In a bowl, lay the eggs, tapioca, seasonings and mix very well.
- Transfer to a large greased or non-stick frying pan and, over low heat, add the cheese.
- Once the cone shape starts at the bottom, fold it in half, then in half again.
