  • 85% cocoa chocolate100 g
  • Brazil nut50 g
  • peanut40 g
  • almonds40 g
  • sunflower seed20 g
  • pumpkin seed20 g
  • Xylitol or Erythritol1 tablespoon
  1. Mix all the nuts and seeds and break them with a knife
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the xylitol or erythritol
  3. Mix the chopped nuts and seeds in the chocolate
  4. Place the mixture in a silicone mold (or other container that you can unmold). Place in the freezer for 10 minutes and cut into 8 pieces.
