- Xylitol1 tablespoon

- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- 85% cocoa chocolate (or your choice)50 g
- Mix the xylitol, egg, almond flour and cocoa powder.
- Add 01 tablespoon of cream and mix again.
- Add the yeast and mix. It is ready to go in the microwave for 1 and a half minutes.
- For the syrup, place the remaining 2 tablespoons of cream in a pan and add the chocolate. Mix until you get the desired point.
- Remove the cake from the microwave, add the syrup on top and ready!!
