- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Start by beating the egg for a few seconds.
- Then mash half of the bananas with a fork and mix with the oatmeal, cinnamon and egg, stirring until a porridge forms.
- In a frying pan, add a little oil, spreading and removing the excess with a paper napkin.
- After heating the skillet over low heat, cut half of the remaining banana into slices and place in the skillet.
- After frying one side, turn the banana slices to fry the other side.
- Then pour the mixture and cover to cook the pancake.
- After about 2 minutes, flip the pancake, cover the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
