- Crack the eggs into a container. Add the seasonings and salt, then beat until all the ingredients are mixed.
- In a frying pan, put a little oil, use a paper towel to spread the oil and remove the excess.
- Over low heat, place a small amount of the mixture, forming a thin layer on the bottom of the skillet, like a pancake.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Turn the dough to cook the other side.
- After cooking all the mixture, make rolls and cut thin strips, to imitate spaghetti.
- Heat the sauce, season to taste and place on top of the egg spaghetti.
