- Lean ground beef500 g
- Parsley and chopped chives1 to taste

- Homemade Sauce3 cup
- Optional Black Pepper1 to taste
- In a pan, put garlic, onion, salt, parsley, olive oil, pepper and the ground meat and sauté, add the ready homemade sauce, let it thicken and book.
