- Sliced eggplant1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cheese of your choice50 g
- Paper towel2 unit(s)
- Thread of olive oil to taste
- Cut the eggplant into slices and salt them immediately. It will prevent it from darkening and it will release a lot of water. Dry with paper towels on both sides of each.
- Put a drizzle of olive oil in a shape. Place the eggplant slices.
- With a spoon, pour tomato sauce over each slice.
- Put grated cheese, sprinkle oregano. Bake for 15min. Ready!
