- Boiled pumpkin squash400 g
- Light curd or ricotta cream150 g
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lean ground beef300 g
- Fresh peas1/2 cup
- Boiled Egg2 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion.
- Add the pumpkin, sauté and mash with a fork. Add the cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a refractory or in individual bowls, place a layer of the sautéed ground beef, the egg cut in half and cover with the pumpkin puree.
- Finish with Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven.
