- Spinach (1 pack)1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Skimmed milk2 cup
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Then, fry the fillets in a non-stick skillet with a drizzle of olive oil and set aside (it can also be done in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper).
- Clean spinach and cut into small pieces. In a pan, heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic, sauté the spinach for about 3 minutes and season to taste.
- Add the milk and the dissolved flour (in a little milk) and stir until it reaches the consistency of a cream. Pour the spinach sauce over the ready-to-eat fillets and serve immediately. Enjoy your food!
