- Oil1/4 cup
- Raisins1 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a loaf pan with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the yeast.
- After beating a lot, add the yeast and beat quickly.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 40 minutes, or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Note: You can decorate with raisins on top or sliced bananas. Ahh, the cake doesn't need sugar because the raisins are sweet!
