- Skimmed milk powder6 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- 2 ripe bananas mashed in the microwave for 00:01 min.
- Mix all the ingredients little by little adding the cocoa, powdered milk and bananas, until the point of brigadeiro.
- If necessary add a little more milk or cocoa until consistency.
- Model the sweets as you wish and if you prefer pass the cocoa powder or granules.
- Decorate with walnuts, chestnuts, hazelnuts etc...
