- In a bowl, place the meat, pepper and salt, mix by hand and then shape into a hamburger meat shape.
- In a skillet over medium heat, fry the hamburger meat, separately the egg.
- Take six iceberg lettuce leaves, the inside ones, as they are tougher. Assemble the hamburger, use three leaves underneath, place the meat, egg, cheese and tomato, cover with three more lettuce leaves. Note: Lettuce replaces bread.
