- Pumpkin250 g
- Tilapia fillet200 g
- Raw cassava150 g
- SALAD: Lettuce/Cucumber/Tomatoes to taste
- SAUCE: Organic honey1 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- For the puree: I cut the pumpkin into pieces and cooked it with water and salt until it was very soft, drained the water and crushed it, seasoned the puree with pepper, salt, a spoonful of light cream cheese and chopped parsley.
- I cut the tilapia fillet into pieces and seasoned with salt, pepper, saffron and lemon. In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, I browned the fish on both sides.
- I sliced the cassava and fried it in coconut oil until golden brown, placed it on a paper towel and seasoned with salt.
- I seasoned the salad with the honey and mustard dressing.
- I used Growpack's biodegradable packaging, finished my lunchbox with green smell and fried garlic.
