- Cabotia pumpkin puree (recipe in my profile)2 tablespoon
- Boiled egg2 unit(s)
- Lettuce Salad to taste
- Cherry tomato to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to taste
- On a plate, place the brown rice, the boiled eggs cut in half and the cabotia pumpkin puree, add a little salt to the boiled eggs and a drizzle of olive oil to season.
- Make a salad with lettuce and cherry tomatoes and season with salt, olive oil and apple cider vinegar to taste.
- Fill the rest of the plate with this salad and that's it 😋
