- unsalted butter80 g
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Xylitol (or sugar if you prefer)1/2 cup
- Separate the whites from the yolks
- Whip the egg whites
- Add the sugar to the egg whites and beat again.
- Melt chocolate in double boiler
- Add the butter to the melted chocolate
- After the chocolate has cooled, add the yolks and mix well.
- Finally, fold in the snow whites.
- Pour the dough into a greased pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 130 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool down. The dough is crumbly on the outside and creamy on the inside.
