- Demerara sugar80 g
- Peanut Butter300 g
- Salt to taste
- Mashed banana300 g
- Cocoa powder30 g
- Cinnamon, Ginger and Clove Powder1 tablespoon
- Vinegar1 dessert spoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil for greasing to taste
- For the topping: Chocolate 70% cocoa to taste
- For the topping: Vegetable milk to taste
- Place the eggs and sugar in the mixer and beat for approximately 3 minutes, until you get a light mass.
- Add the peanut butter, banana, salt, cocoa powder, spices and vinegar. Beat until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
- Add the yeast and stir.
- Pour the dough into a greased shape with coconut oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
- For the topping: melt 70% cocoa chocolate and mix with a little vegetable milk until the desired amount is reached.
