Fluffy flourless cake

Começo misturando bem o açúcar, manteiga e os ovos, não utilizei liquidificador nem batedeira,fiz a mão mesmo. Fui acrescentando aos poucos os ingredientes secos e a água até ficar uma massa bem lisa,por último o fermento misturei bem, despejei a massa numa forma untada apenas com manteiga, levei ao forno pré-aquecido por 40 minutos.
Esse bolo fica bem fofinho, levinho e gostoso, com um cafezinho fica perfeito.

I start by mixing the sugar, butter and eggs well, I didn't use a blender or mixer, I did it by hand. I gradually added the dry ingredients and water until it was a very smooth dough, finally the yeast mixed well, poured the dough in a greased shape only with butter, took it to the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
This cake is very fluffy, light and yummy, with a cup of coffee it is perfect.
