Fried Eggs in Cheesecake

Em uma frigideira coloque duas fatias de mussarela e aquece a frigideira e estourar dois ovos, tampe a frigideira e deixa que frite.

Quando a clara estiver branquinha e a gema um pouco mole coloque sal ,mantenha em fogo muito baixo, quando o queijo estiver totalmente derretido, tire com auxílio de uma espátula.
