- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk20 ml
- Chemical Baking Powder1 dessert spoon
- 70% chocolate chips to taste
- Fresh cream2 tablespoon
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Butter1 coffee spoon
- Add the egg, coconut oil, milk, oatmeal, xylitol and cocoa powder and mix with the help of a spoon or mixer, after incorporating the chemical baking powder.
- Heat a pan greased with butter, pour the cake batter and place the dark chocolate chips on top. Cover it and bake on low heat until it is golden, turn and let it brown on the other side.
- Coverage is optional. The suggestion is to mix the heated cream with dark chocolate chips, let it rest for a minute and mix well, so you will have a ganache. Then just put it on top of the cupcake and enjoy your delicious snack.
