- Green banana bionese (recipe in profile)1 cup
- Natural yogurt1 cup
- Corn1 cup
- Pitted Olives1/2 cup
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Apple1 unit(s)
- Raisins2 tablespoon
- Salt and spices to taste
- Put the raisins to hydrate in a cup of water for at least 30 minutes
- Peel and grate the carrot
- Peel and dice the apple
- Once everything is ready, add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust salt and seasoning
- Top with sweet potato straw (preferred). Take it to the fridge and let it cool.
