- Flaxseed Flour02 tablespoon
- Coconut Flour01 tablespoon
- Cream cheese - room temperature02 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar01 tablespoon
- Water -1/3 cup1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chemical fermanide01 tablespoon
- Xanthan Gum01 coffee spoon
- Organic Yeast15 g
- Salt - pinch1 to taste
- Seeds to decorate1 to taste
- Mix the dry ingredients, except for the chemical yeast and xanthan gum, and set aside. Mix liquids and cream cheese in a blender and blend well. Mix the liquid and dry ingredients, stir well and add the yeast and xanthan gum.
- Let the dough rest for 20 min, cover the ball with a cloth and let the dough rise. Add the chemical yeast, mix well.
- Place in a rectangular shape - 18x8x7, decorate with seeds or herbs and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 min. Lower the oven to 180 and bake for another 30 min. Unmold the bread and let it cool completely.
