- Brown sugar100 g
- Rice flour150 g
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Dark chocolate60 g
- In a container I put all the ingredients of the cake except the yeast, mixed well with a whisk, finally I added the yeast, poured the dough in a greased shape with coconut oil and sprinkled with cocoa powder.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.
- For the syrup: in a pan I added the semisweet chocolate and the coconut milk I took it to the fire until all the chocolate melted. Cover the cake with the syrup and decorate with crumbs from the cake itself. I didn't add milk to this dough but if you need to use water or coconut milk.
