- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- I peeled the bananas and put them in the blender along with the other ingredients except the yeast, beat until very homogeneous, turned off the blender and added the yeast, mixed with a spoon.
- I poured the dough into a silicone mold and put it in the oven for 35 minutes. It has a wonderful texture and amazing flavor 😋
