- Peeled and chopped carrots250 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar4 tablespoon
- Oat flour100 g
- Rice flakes90 g
- Sunflower oil100 ml
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Chopped semisweet chocolate90 g
- I beat the carrot, eggs, oil and sugar in the blender, poured the mixture into a container and added the oat flour, rice flakes, salt and yeast, mixed well with a whisk.
- I poured the dough in a greased shape with oil and put it in the oven for 35 minutes.
- While the cake was baking I prepared the syrup, in a pan I put the coconut milk and the chocolate I took it to the low fire until the chocolate melted.
- I took the cake out of the oven, waited for it to cool down to unmold and covered it with the syrup and decorated it with chocolate sprinkles.
