- Rice Flour1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- CALDA: coconut milk200 ml
- Chopped semisweet chocolate90 g
- Crushed peanuts to garnish to taste
- I blended the bananas, eggs and chocolate in a blender, finally added the flour and baking powder, mixed with a spoon, placed in a greased mold with coconut oil and baked in a preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- Place the ingredients for the syrup in a pan and heat until all the chocolate melts.
- I removed the cake from the oven and unmolded it, covered it with the syrup and decorated it with the peanuts.
