  • PASTA: Chopped raw carrot200 g
  • Rice flakes1 cup
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Culinary sweetener2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Chopped semisweet chocolate60 g
  • CALDA: coconut milk200 ml
  • Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
  • Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
  1. In the blender I beat the ingredients of the dough except the rice flakes, the chopped chocolate and the yeast that I added last and mixed with a fuê.
  2. I greased the shape with coconut oil, poured all the dough and took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.
  3. I mixed the ingredients for the syrup and left it on low heat stirring well for 5 minutes.
  4. I waited for the cake to cool, unmolded it and covered it with the syrup. Decorated with chocolate shavings.
