- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic4 to taste
- grated mozzarella1 cup
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Thyme or Parsley to taste
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Mix all ingredients except garlic and oil.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the garlic.
- Place in the sprinkle mixture and mix well “with your hands”.
- If necessary add more sprinkle. The dough cannot stick to the hands.
- Open in a silicone shape or greased with olive oil and take it to the oven for 20 minutes. Stay 👀 because that time is in my oven.
