  • Oat flakes3 tablespoon
  • Rice Flour1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Cinnamon Powder to taste
  1. I mashed the bananas with a fork and added the other ingredients, greased disposable aluminum molds with coconut oil.
  2. Distribute the dough in the 4 molds, put banana slices on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180°
  3. I unmolded the dumplings and watered them with honey to taste.
