- Tilapia fillet800 g
- Zucchini2 unit(s)
- Cauliflower400 g
- Potatoes600 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
- Sliced Garlic to taste
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon. I peeled the potatoes and chopped them to cook faster, after they were cooked I passed them through the juicer.
- I put the puree in a pan and added 200ml of milk and 2 spoons of butter, over low heat I mixed well until creamy.
- I sliced the zucchini, cooked the cauliflower for 8 minutes. In a skillet I added olive oil and browned the fish fillets on both sides.
- In another skillet with olive oil, I browned the vegetables. Seasoned with salt, pepper and finished with chopped parsley.
