- Tilapia fillet400 g
- Potatoes400 g
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Cauliflower300 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
- Sliced Garlic to taste
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon. I peeled the potatoes and chopped them to cook faster, after they were cooked I passed them through the juicer.
- I put all the mashed potatoes in a pan and added 100ml of milk and 1 spoon of butter, over low heat I mixed well until creamy.
- I sliced the zucchini and cooked the cauliflower for 8 minutes. In a frying pan, I added olive oil and put the tilapia fillets, browned well on both sides.
- In another skillet, I browned the vegetables in olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley.
