- Olive oil to taste
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the zucchini into slices about a finger thickness.
- Heat a nonstick skillet and add the olive oil.
- Place the zucchinis in a single layer, season with salt, black pepper and fresh thyme.
- Let it brown and then turn one by one to brown the other side.
- Serve immediately, Great to accompany chicken, meat or fish
