- Oat flour1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese or ricotta cream2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Beat all the ingredients (leaving the yeast for last) with the fork, and take it to the microwave for 2:30 or 3:00 (it will depend on each microwave). Then put it on the plate (I used a sandwich maker/mixer). I used a slice of cheese for the filling.
