- Almond Flour4 tablespoon
- Dry shredded coconut4 tablespoon
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Xylitol or brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder2 dessert spoon
- Yeast for cake1 teaspoon
- 60% or 70% cocoa chocolate1 to taste
- Beat the eggs well, then add all the other ingredients and mix well. In a greased shape put some of the dough and flatten it, so it's in the shape of the cookies. Place the chopped chocolate on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°.
- Note: I made it in silicone molds and baked in the Airfryer for 12 minutes at 180°
