- Almond flour100 g
- Psyllium15 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Ghee Butter30 g
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Beat the eggs in a container.
- Add the almond flour, psyllium and salt and mix well.
- Then add the melted ghee and finally the chemical yeast and incorporate again.
- Heat a medium skillet over low heat, greased with a drizzle of olive oil, and pour in half the dough (mine is square, which helps with the shape).
- Cover and let it cook for about 3 minutes or when the top starts to cook. Using a spatula, flip and brown the other side for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Cut the dough in the shape you prefer (if you want a sandwich, you can cut it rectangular) and put the stuffing you prefer (I suggest the tofu paste that is in the recipes).
