- Almond flour1 tablespoon
- Flaxseed or psyllium flour1 teaspoon
- Coconut sugar (or sweetener of your choice)1 teaspoon
- Chemical yeast (cake)1 teaspoon
- 70% cocoa chocolate chips or chunks to taste
- Drinking water1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the yeast and the chocolate and mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add the yeast and mix gently
- On low heat, place the dough in a non-stick skillet or grease with coconut oil.
- Add the chocolate pieces and cover the skillet so the dough can cook without burning the bottom.
- Leave for approximately 3 minutes, open and check if the dough is already firm on top. When it's firm, it's ready to be served!
