- Heart of palm in sheets for lasagna400 g
- Cooked and shredded chicken250 g
- Tomato sauce3 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Green Spice to taste
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Corn1/3 cup
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, corn and chicken and mix.
- Cook for about 10 minutes and finish with the green seasoning.
- On a platter mount the lasagna alternating layers of sauce with chicken and heart of palm slices.
- Finally, cover with the cheese and place in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 15-20 minutes.
