- Grated cheese (I like grated parmesan in a bag, no carbs) to taste
- Salt and seasonings (oregano, black pepper..) to taste
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C
- Beat the eggs, add salt and seasonings to taste. Prepare the scrambled eggs
- In a pan with parchment paper, place the slices of turkey breast
- Add a handful of scrambled eggs to each turkey breast, roll up and close with the help of a toothpick.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top
- Bake in the oven for approximately 5 minutes
- Remove from the oven and serve!
