  1. Soak the lentils in boiling water for at least 3 hours. Discard the soaking water and make 3 changes. Drain the lentils. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion in oil until golden. Add the lentils and let it cook for a while. Add turmeric and salt. Add water little by little, cooking the lentil until it is ready (cooked, but firm).

  3. Prepare the hamburgers using proper form. Pack one by one and store in the freezer.
  4. For consumption, remove each unit from the freezer and heat immediately in a hamburger (with preheated oil) or in a conventional oven (use parchment paper and a drizzle of oil).
